1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the eb777 platform — whether through the website at eb777.vu or through the eb777 mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

These terms apply to all areas of eb777 including the Casino, Live Casino, Sports Betting section, Slots, VIP programme and any promotional offers made available to registered players. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each player may hold only one registered account on the eb777 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device or the same IP address — is a breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances or bonuses being voided.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential. eb777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact eb777 support immediately so that your account can be secured. Contact details are provided in Section 13 of these terms.

• Do not share your account credentials with any other person.
• Do not allow others to use your account on your behalf.
• Do not use your account for any commercial purpose or on behalf of a third party.
• Keep your registered contact details and payment information up to date at all times.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on the eb777 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). eb777 supports deposits through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit cards and selected mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your eb777 balance promptly following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. eb777 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems or network issues beyond the platform's control.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are not permitted.
• eb777 does not charge deposit fees on its end. Any charges applied by your payment provider are separate and not the responsibility of eb777.
• Deposited funds are for entertainment use on the eb777 platform only. eb777 does not pay interest on account balances.

eb777 reserves the right to refuse, limit or reverse any deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or a breach of these terms.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. eb777 aims to process withdrawals promptly, and processing speed is influenced by your current VIP tier — higher tiers benefit from faster processing times as detailed in the VIP programme section.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified — identity documents must have been submitted and approved.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold shown in your account dashboard.
• Your withdrawal destination account must be registered in your own name and match the details on your eb777 account.

eb777 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting supporting documents such as proof of payment method ownership or proof of address. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified may be held pending document submission.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

eb777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made, and those specific terms take precedence over the general provisions of this section where they differ.

General bonus rules that apply across all eb777 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are defined per promotion and may include minimum deposit amounts, specific payment methods or account verification status.
• Wagering requirements attached to a bonus must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified per offer.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to maximum withdrawal limits where stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including using multiple accounts, coordinating play with other accounts, or any form of bonus abuse — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
• eb777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not retrospectively affect bonuses already credited to a player's account.

7 VIP Programme

The eb777 VIP programme has six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite. Your tier is determined by the total VIP points accumulated through real-money staking across all areas of the eb777 platform — including Casino, Live Casino, Slots and Sports Betting. Points are earned automatically on every qualifying PKR wager.

VIP tier benefits increase progressively and include higher weekly cashback percentages, faster withdrawal processing, exclusive promotional access and dedicated support at the higher tiers. The cashback paid through the VIP programme is credited weekly without any attached wagering requirements.

• VIP points are earned on real-money stakes only. Bonus balance wagering does not count toward VIP point accumulation.
• VIP tiers are reviewed on a rolling basis. Failure to maintain the required staking activity within the review period may result in a tier reduction.
• VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. They cannot be shared with, gifted to or claimed on behalf of another player.
• eb777 reserves the right to modify the VIP tier structure, point conversion rates or cashback percentages with reasonable notice provided to affected players.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on eb777 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slots or sports betting markets — are final once confirmed. eb777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.

For Sports Betting, the following additional rules apply:

• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to your wager.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or otherwise not completed under normal conditions, eb777 will apply the settlement rules specified for that market type. In most cases, incomplete matches are settled as void and stakes are returned.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to a brief processing delay to prevent exploitation of delays between real-world events and the platform's data feed.
• eb777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where there is evidence of a pricing error, data feed failure or suspicious betting activity.

For Casino and Live Casino games, all outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems. eb777 does not manipulate game outcomes. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game prior to play. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

Cricket betting — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) markets, T20 internationals and domestic fixtures — is available subject to market availability and is governed by the same general sports betting rules above.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Suspension & Account Closure

eb777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Operating multiple accounts or participating in coordinated bonus abuse.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Chargebacks initiated through a payment provider without first contacting eb777 support.
• Any behaviour that is abusive, threatening or harmful toward eb777 staff or other platform users.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in that account — including bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play — may be forfeited. eb777 will communicate the reason for account action where it is safe and appropriate to do so.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting eb777 support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing.

11 Privacy & Data
